These are some of the people who help get your Dayna U order to you!
 
Dayna U's mission is to provide attractive and affordable collegiate jewelry to the wholesale market. We value real materials:  sterling silver, pearls, gemstones, and kukui nuts. You'll never find plastics or mystery metals in our products. We promise.
 
Our company vision is much bigger than our mission:  we want to create positive social change in our community. This desire to do good while doing well has been important to Dana Lande ever since she founded the company.
 
That's why we work with CHANGE, Inc., a not-for-profit institution that provides jobs and outsourcing work for its underprivileged and disabled participants. CHANGE is located in Maryland, not far from Dayna Designs' headquarters.
We hire these workers at a fair wage to assemble and package our jewelry in sheltered workshops.

They assemble necklaces and bracelets, attach jewelry to hang cards, adhere price and licensing stickers, and place finished products in little plastic baggies.

Working with CHANGE is a simple way for us to promote social change. It makes us feel good.  And, we like creating jobs in the US.
