Dana Lande, CEO
Although she was born at Ohio State University Hospital, our Founder and CEO, Dana Lande, had no idea that her whole career would revolve around college campuses. Dana attended college in New York City, worked in her family’s business in Baltimore, and completed an MBA at the University of Maryland. Embracing her inner Terp, Dana found her passion – creating a business where creativity and fun are valued every day. She has enjoyed the roller coaster known as entrepreneurship, and she hasn’t looked back! As if running the business wasn’t enough to keep her busy, Dana also fills the role of Mom to three young daughters.
Erin Cusumano, Vice President
Originally hailing from the east coast, this Nittany Lion currently fills her role as VP of Dayna Designs from her home office in Southern California. Erin has been with the company so long that she’s served as our licensing manager, our supply chain coordinator, and our designer – and that was just in the first three years. She currently enjoys the mix of tasks that her daily responsibilities demand, and is known as the enforcer of deadlines. When the deadlines are met Erin enjoys picking up a book, shopping, gardening and baking.
Kim Faust, Director of Sales
Kim came to Dayna Designs from East Carolina University, where she studied Interior Merchandising and Business. It was at ECU while interning as an Assistant Buyer for the ECU Dowdy Student Store that she connected with the CEO of Dayna Designs. Dana instantly saw her sales potential, and Kim joined the Dayna Designs team upon graduation. Since then Kim has helped Dayna Designs grow in significant ways. When she is not directing sales, Kim enjoys playing tennis, traveling and is engaged! She also recently made a new addition to her family: Webster the cat!
Stephanie Page, Director of Operations
Stephanie, a crafts enthusiast, enjoys working at Dayna Designs because it marries jewelry design with business. She studied Operations Management with a focus on Quality Management at the University of Maryland, College Park. She loves Dayna Designs because it is a large company with a small company feel, where each person can make an impact. She has taught herself and others how to make lampwork glass beads, enjoys documentaries and hopes to follow her entrepreneurial spirit and one day start her own business.
Brittany Smith, Account Manager
Brittany resides in the Longhorn State where she attended Sam Houston State University before joining Dayna Designs. During school, Brittany balanced her marketing class schedule with an executive internship with Target. Upon graduating, Brittany was drawn to working at a smaller company with a flexible schedule. When not on the road or working from home (sometimes in her PJs!), Brittany enjoys, the beach, her Bible, and baking – she’s an amazing cake decorator.
Nikki Page, Graphics Specialist
Nicole, or Nikki as she is known around the office, hails from Calvert County, Maryland. In addition to working at Dayna Designs, she is also attending University of Maryland, College Park and studying Graphic Arts and Photography. She hopes to be able to incorporate both specialties in her career. Aside from her many graphic arts talents, she also brings a taste of Hawaii to Maryland when playing the ukulele.
